Job Description -
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in industrial products such as Electrical, Switchgear, Cables, Mechanical Equipment, or related sectors
Experience managingor ability to managea field team of 510 people
Strong knowledge of Pune industrial areas, including Chakan, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Bhosari, Ranjangaon and Katraj
Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling extensively for field work
Fluent in Hindi and Marathi
Comfortable using WhatsApp reporting and basic smartphone tools
VALUABLE TO HAVE
- Previous experience working with contractors or labour supply companies
• Ability to use Google Maps and plan efficient field routes
• Experience in field surveys, data collection, lead generation or market mapping
