Roles & responsibilities
- Resolve international customer queries over chats.
- Ability to handle multiple chats at a time.
- Interact with customers to resolve billing issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Upsell or cross-sell telecom products.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1+ year international BPO experience in voice process
- Graduation not mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible working in rotational / night shifts
