Job Title: System Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to manage and maintain the organization s IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration. The role ensures system reliability, security, and optimal performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Azure services for identity management and authentication
- Manage Office 365 environment including user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, SharePoint, and Teams
- Maintain Active Directory, group policies, and user provisioning
- Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for system and access-related issues
- Monitor system performance, apply patches, and perform routine health checks
- Ensure IT security, backups, and compliance standards




- Maintain IT documentation and support onboarding/offboarding processes

Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Degree (CCNA/MCSE is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory and access management
- Basic knowledge of IT security and cloud environments
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience

Salary:

20,000 - 25,000 per month
