Location: Based out of Coorg and posted at any of the Earthitects project locations as per requirement
Full-time (no WFH), 6 days per week, day shift
Desired Applicant Profile
- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Civil) (full time only)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction/civil engineering
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in the organization
- Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.
- High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces
- Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.
Responsibilities
- Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.
- To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.
- Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.
- Organizing construction materials in time.
- Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.
- Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory
- To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.
- Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site
- Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
