Responsibilities

- Summarizing and analysing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earnings, quality of net assets, etc.
- Performing analysis of financial and operational information including an analysis of key performance indicators, historical trends, business drivers and operating metrics.
- Benchmarking of business performance with industry peers; evaluation of commercial and legal aspects that drive deals.
- Analysing forecast financial information and projections to evaluate the appropriateness of assumptions utilized for the preparation of the model.
- Preparing Excel data books analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, net working capital trends,



valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts, etc.
- Building relationships with clients across the globe and developing open communication channels.

Requirements

- CA/MBA/CFA with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
- Currently working on financial due diligence projects
- Strong experience in the areas of financial statements, MS-Excel skills, and ability to manage large data sets
- Solid analytical skills and communication skills
