The Role: Logitech is looking for Kinaxis Rapid Response Analyst with 8+ years experience in delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementations. This role must have strong analytical and configuration experience in both Rapid response and Oracle eBS (R12 / Fusion).

The role involves delivering end to end planning solutions for global Operations planning, including the specific planning development to support different business segments across Consumer, Logitech for Business and, DTX e-commerce. The role involves the development of future state capabilities across component planning, build planning (Master Production Scheduling) as well as advancing our Kinaxis Agentic and AI capabilities. The candidate will need to have the flexibility to support specific shift patterns as part of our global 24x6 support coverage to the global operations business function.

- Understands Supply Chain Planning business processes, design, and develop a solutions to meet our business needs
- Work with senior team members to configure and enhance Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Participate in reviewing functional specifications, solution designs and test cases.
- Develop knowledge of Kinaxis planning capabilities and emerging AI-based planning solutions.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain IT or related areas.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts and business processes.




- Exposure to one or more of the following Kinaxis applications: Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Component Planning
- Basic understanding of integration between Kinaxis and ERP systems.
- Experience in application testing, bug fixing and production support.
- Exposure to Kinaxis application upgrades or performance improvement activities is preferred.
- Experience in creating or maintaining Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation in Kinaxis is preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, Component Planning and Order fulfillment
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL/query writing is an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile project management practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Asana is preferred.
- Interest or exposure to AI and Agentic Supply Chain capabilities is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in global production support and incident management activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, cooperative and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn new technologies and Supply Chain processes quickly.

Education

- Degree in Information Sciences or Supply chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes
