Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Junior PMO with 6+ years of overall experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum framework implementation, project governance, stakeholder management, and PMO support activities. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure effective sprint execution, track project progress, manage project documentation, and support project delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and help the team maintain productivity.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
- Track team velocity, sprint metrics, and Agile KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

PMO Responsibilities

- Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and project dashboards.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource planning, project budgeting, and governance activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Project Management methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Expertise in sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile metrics reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of risk management, change management, and project governance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management roles.
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, Protected Scrum Master, or equivalent is preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or PMO-related certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in Agile and Hybrid project environments.
- Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams.
