Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive to handle day-to-day IT support, hardware, software, networking, and employee IT requirements. The candidate should be hands-on and capable of resolving routine IT issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day desktop, laptop, and hardware troubleshooting .
- Install and configure Windows, drivers, software, antivirus, and updates .
- Manage Gmail / Google Workspace account setup, login, password, and configuration issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.
- Maintain IT hardware and asset inventory/records .
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repair, AMC, and technical support.
- Provide IT support to employees and assist with the new employee system setup .
- Manage IT asset allocation, repair, replacement, and handover records.
- Ensure basic IT security,



antivirus, and data backup practices.
- Maintain a record of IT complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Windows installation & troubleshooting .
- Basic computer hardware and networking knowledge.
- Knowledge of Gmail / Google Workspace .
- Printer, scanner, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to IT issues.

Qualification

Diploma / bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, or related field.

Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support.

Salary: Approximately 25,000 per month , depending on experience and skills.
