Fire and Ice India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Kanak Building, 41 Jawaharlal Nehru Road (Near Park Street/Middleton Row), Kolkata, West Bengal 700071, India

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene compliance.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement requirements.
- Control operational costs and assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Prepare operational reports, staff schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies.




- Coordinate with kitchen and support teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage management, and customer service standards.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and restaurant POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and business growth.
