Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & System Design (NestJS)

- Design and develop scalable backend systems using NestJS (Node.js)

- Participate in system design, architecture planning, and technical decisions

- Build secure, well-structured RESTful APIs

- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

Frontend Development

- Develop and integrate frontend interfaces using React / Next.js / Angular

- Build reusable, maintainable UI components following contemporary standards

Database & Performance Optimization

- Design and optimize SQL / NoSQL database schemas

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability





Collaboration & Code Quality

- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using TypeScript

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation

- Support deployment, monitoring, and production readiness

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js)

- Proficiency in TypeScript

- Full Stack development experience (Backend + Frontend)

- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture

- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

- Frontend experience with React / Next.js / Angular

- Strong understanding of API integration and security best practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare / HMS / HealthTech platforms

- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Exposure to microservices architecture and performance optimization

- Familiarity with healthcare standards (FHIR / HL7 - optional)
