What You Will Do As A Claims Representative

- Bachelor s degree
- Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.
- Communicate home warranty information effectively.
- Note claim information accurately into the database.
- Provide follow-up information to customers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring As A Claims Representative

- High English proficiency.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Extensive handyman/repair services experience.
- Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues.
- Excel spreadsheet data entry experience.
- Ability to deal with escalated situations.




- Proven experience working with US based business teams.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
- This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST). Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, with a reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
