The incumbent will be responsible for the end-end supervision and co-ordination of safety work during project activities to ensure project safety manual, guidelines, rules and regulations are implemented & all projects are completed with zero accidents.
Supervision, co-ordination & monitoring of all project sites starting from pre-bid stage to project completion stage to implement highest level of safety processes
1. Ensure accident-free execution of all projects
2. Ensure implementation of highest standards of HSE at all project sites
3. Work with Site Heads to carry out daily safety observation tours and Safety risk field audits
4. Ensure implementation of Group & BU specific Project safety requirements
5. Prepare Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly Project safety dashboard and report back to BU Safety head
6. Conduct safety tour, Safety interaction and Safety risk field audit at periodic intervals and ensure their corrections within stipulated time frames
7. Review all contractor documents such as HSE plan, Method statements, JSA, HIRA, SOPs or work instructions and provide inputs for correction to ensure secure execution of all activities
8. Organize safety training and awareness session for site teams
9. Organize promotional activities and oversee their implementation
10. Analyse trends, accident data, legging and leading indicators and report back to management on areas of concerns and devise plan for improvements

Ensure use of CSM portals for all vendor evaluation
12. Monitor Task Force activities and action plan implementation at respective sites
13. Implement best practices and learning from internal and external sources
14. Implement innovative solutions at project sites
15. Ensure compliances PTW & LOTO requirements
16. Implement Group and BU specific safety standards at all sites
17. Ensure reporting of Safety data on Gensuite
18. Ensure compliance through Legatrix.
19. Coach & Guide project in charge, project team and safety team for enhanced performance
20. Ensure compliance of all applicable legal compliances pertaining to EHS
Operational Responsibilities
1. Review & approve project EHS documents at all stages (pre-bid, pre-construction)
2. Prepare EHS dashboard
3. Organize monthly safety meetings
4. Organize Safety training and awareness sessions / develop modules
5. Prepare site specific construction safety manual
People Management
1. Supervise and manage the Contractual Workers.

Educational Qualification
Mandatory:
B.E/ B-Tech or Diploma in any Engineering branch (Electrical engineers preferable)
Mandatory ADIS Certification
Experiences
Minimum12-17 years of HSE experience in high rise residential projects
