- Plan and manage campus recruitment and placement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Coordinate with academic departments to identify student placement readiness.
- Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
- Maintain and update student placement data and company records.
- Arrange pre- placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
- Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness.
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities.
Preferred candidate profile
5 - 11 years of relevant experience in training and placement or Corporate Relations or Enterprise Sales
