Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, or similar profiles.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

Preferred: Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consultancy, or corporate recruitment
