Role & responsibilities
- Supervise secondary packaging as per production plans.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and SOPs requirements during production operations.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping of the packaging area.
- Complete and maintain BPR, E-log, QMS, protocols, reports, and other production-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate online BPR entries, review completed BPRs, and submit them to QA within timelines.
- Assist in preparation, review, and implementation of SOPs and packaging-related documents.
- Ensure timely calibration of balances and other applicable equipment in the packaging area.
- Train operators on recent products, processes, SOPs, and process controls.
- Monitor production activities and ensure achievement of production targets as per plan.
