Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage to achieve monthly targets in home finance products such as home loans, housing finance, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and DSA.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 1-7 years of experience in sales or related field in NBFC or banking sector.
- Robust understanding of home loan sales, housing finance, HL (Housing Loan), LAP (Loan Against Property) & Mortgage Loans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
