We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader Sales who can inspire teams, boost revenue, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve targets
- Drive revenue through coaching, call monitoring, and real-time feedback
- Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, productivity, and revenue
- Conduct daily huddles, one-on-one reviews, and performance improvement sessions
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management
- Candidate Profile
- Education:
Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Telesales Team Leader
- Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented
