Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant 6+ Years

Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, US HCM/Payroll, HCM integrations, data migration, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge across core HCM modules along with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical tools and integrations.

Responsibilities –

1. Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
2. Manage HCM data loads and migration activities using HDL and HSDL.
3. Develop and support integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
4. Create and maintain HCM reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
5. Troubleshoot HCM issues and collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders on implementation, testing, and support activities.

Requirements –

1. 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.
2. 3+ years of US Payroll / US HCM experience.
3. Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
4. Strong experience in OTBI and BI Publisher.
5. Functional expertise in at least 3 of these 4 modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
