Job Description: Senior Travel Consultant (Voice Process)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs | Rotational Shifts

Position Overview

Sutherland is hiring experienced Travel Consultants (Navigator Role) for an international travel voice process. This role requires hands-on expertise in GDS platforms (Amadeus and Sabre) using cryptic command lines to manage high-volume international ticketing, cancellations, reissues, and travel disruptions for global travelers.

Core Responsibilities

- Ticketing & Exchanges: Handle manual exchanges, reissues, cancellations, and complex refund calculations in real time using Amadeus and Sabre command mode.
- Travel Operations: Assist international corporate or leisure travelers via voice calls with flight rescheduling, baggage policies, schedule changes, and emergency travel support.
- Queue & Policy Management: Monitor queues (PSP/ERC),



interpret complex airline fare rules, and execute carrier-specific IROP (Irregular Operations) guidelines.
- Customer Excellence: Deliver quick, precise solutions while maintaining high accuracy on cryptic GDS command entries.
- Candidate Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of international travel domain experience (Mandatory).
- Technical Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience in both Amadeus & Sabre (Command/Cryptic Mode).
- Domain Skills: Proven knowledge in international ticketing, manual exchanges, partial/full refunds, and schedule changes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
