Job Description

Role: AVP PMS & Transformation Lead

Function: CHRO Office (HR)

Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose

To drive key HR transformation initiatives with a focus on Performance Management System (PMS), employee engagement, and process improvement, and build a robust performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Transformation

- Drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification
- Ensure effective execution and adoption of transformation programs

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

- Manage and enhance the performance management framework
- Drive a culture of goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance differentiation
- Align PMS with business outcomes and rewards

3. Employee Engagement

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans
- Analyze feedback and implement programs to improve employee experience
- Support leadership in building a positive and high-performance culture

4. Process Improvement





- Review and streamline HR processes for better efficiency
- Drive standardization and adoption of best practices
- Use data and insights to improve HR effectiveness

5. Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams
- Support change management and ensure smooth rollout of initiatives

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM from a premium institute
- 6-10 years of experience in HR, with focus on PMS, engagement, and transformation
- Experience in large organizations preferred
