- Asset management performance calculation and reporting experience, including knowledge of various return calculation methodologies.
- Strong Excel proficiency, with the ability to analyze large data sets, perform reconciliations and identify data quality issues.
- Exposure to performance, portfolio accounting or market data platforms such as Aladdin, FactSet, StatPro or similar systems.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
