We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical positions. The candidate should have experience recruiting for IT roles and a good understanding of the staffing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle full recruitment cycle for IT positions sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,Indeed), referrals and internal database.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers/clients and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to check skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate salary expectations with candidates.




- Maintain candidate records and update status in ATS/Excel tracker.
- Build a good pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers till closure/onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing.
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Developers, Testers, Cloud, Support, Digital Solutions etc.).
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at once.
