- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications using .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET Core, and ReactJS.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs and web applications.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including Stored Procedures, Views, and complex Joins.
- Review code, technical designs, requirements, and test plans to ensure quality and standards.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Participate in application architecture, technical documentation, and solution design.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor team members and support them in resolving technical challenges.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in .NET application development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead/Lead role.




- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
- Good experience in ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with jQuery, jQuery UI, and AG-Grid.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Views, and Joins.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST/.NET Core APIs.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and technical design skills.
- Experience in preparing/reviewing requirements, test plans, and design documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
