Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Executives (SEs) to achieve monthly targets for Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, HL & Housing Finance products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions for SEs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, HL & Housing Finance products.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or MBA).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team management and leadership skills.
