About the Role

CloudThat is looking for an experienced Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring for our Non-Tech functions.

The role requires strong expertise in lateral hiring, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-Tech positions across Sales, Marketing, Tech Trainer, Training Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Success and other business functions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles and close positions within agreed timelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals and other channels.
- Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding follow-up.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness and closure rate.
- Drive candidate engagement and reduce offer dropouts/reneges through effective pre-joining engagement.
- Work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
- Support recruitment planning, manpower forecasting and hiring strategy.
- Mentor/guide junior recruiters and ensure quality and process adherence.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes,



sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For

- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to Non-Tech hiring.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Success or similar business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and Hiring Manager engagement skills.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing channels and Boolean search.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication and candidate-engagement skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and ability to work with hiring dashboards/MIS.
- Experience in a fast-paced organisation, preferably in IT/Technology, Consulting, EdTech, Training or Professional Services.
