Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage interior design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Lead a team of designers, providing guidance on project execution, quality control, and client communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each project.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in interior designing or related field (design management).
- Robust understanding of architectural principles, color theory, lighting concepts, materials science etc.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
