About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager - Recruitment (IT Hiring) to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 5-10 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT hiring is mandatory.
