Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through leads, references, natural market, and existing customer database.

Conduct need analysis, customer meetings, and product presentations.

Drive Life Insurance sales through a consultative and need-based selling approach.

Generate business through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Build and manage long-term customer relationships.

Ensure policy issuance, customer servicing, and portfolio management.

Adhere to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to build relationships and influence customers.
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset.
