Role & responsibilities

- Identify potential HNI Customers for the ultra-luxury flats/accommodation, amenities marketing, competitive advantages.
- Guide customers through the decision-making process with strong product knowledge and consultative selling for the ultra-luxury flats.
- Drive conversion of site visits into bookings to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Handle high-value and complex customer interactions to maximize closure rates.
- Manage customer interactions with a high level of professionalism, emotional stability, and maturity.
- Build trust through transparent, ethical, and solution-oriented communication.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey, even in challenging situations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of all customer data, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with admin, hospitality, and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure readiness for customer visits, including site arrangements and support services.
- Ensure complete adherence to ethical sales practices and organizational guidelines.




- Avoid mis-selling and maintain full transparency in all customer communications.
- Share regular updates on pipeline status, closures, and key customer insights.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Luxury Sales.
- Excellent in dealing with HNIs, Investors and converting a deal into revenue.
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, English speaking, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex customer situations.
- Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities.
- Strong ethical orientation and commitment to transparent selling.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Presentable personality with a professional and confident approach.
