Key Responsibilities

- Design HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Perform HVAC heat load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare ducting layouts, piping designs, shop drawings, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare estimation and material take-offs (MTO/BOQ).
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, contractors, and OEMs.
- Obtain shop drawing approvals from clients and OEMs.
- Provide technical guidance during HVAC installation and project execution.
- Support site troubleshooting, identify design-related issues, and implement necessary design modifications.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and energy-efficiency standards.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement of HVAC design practices.




- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and project deadlines.

Requirements

- B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 34 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC system design, planning, and coordination.
- Hands-on experience with heat load calculations, equipment selection, ducting, and piping design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant HVAC design/software tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC/mechanical issues during design review and project execution.
- Good understanding of HVAC codes, safety requirements, and energy-efficiency practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
