Salary Up to 14k ctc, 12k in hand for Freshers

Salary Up to 19k ctc, 16.5 k in hand Experience

Quarterly Bonus- 2974

Shift Details

- voice & blended
- Rotational shift (24*7)
- Cabs facilty in odd hrs
- 6 days working
- Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.




- Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
