Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, confident and well-presented Public Relations Executive to strengthen the boutiques brand image and visibility through social media presence, photoshoots, collaborations, events and promotional activities. The role will focus on creating brand visibility and ensuring the boutique is effectively represented across relevant platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage photoshoots for new collections, campaigns, festive launches and special promotions.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, influencers and other external professionals for shoots and brand activities.
- Ensure regular and attractive Instagram visibility through stories, reels, posts and campaign content.
- Plan and coordinate content requirements to highlight new collections, products, launches and boutique activities.
- Support Instagram brand promotion and audience visibility through relevant campaigns, collaborations and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with influencers and fashion professionals for brand collaborations and promotional opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for PR coverage, collaborations, events and increased brand visibility.
- Support boutique events,



collection launches and promotional activities from a PR and brand-visibility perspective.
- Coordinate with the Social Media and Management teams to ensure consistent brand communication and timely content execution.
- Maintain records of PR activities, collaborations, shoots, campaigns and promotional outcomes.
- Represent the boutique professionally and maintain a consistent premium brand image.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Brand Promotions, Influencer Marketing, Fashion/Luxury Retail, Events or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, presentable and professionally groomed personality.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and social media brand visibility.
- Experience in coordinating photoshoots, influencers, models, photographers or creative teams will be preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple PR and promotional activities.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of fashion, luxury branding and visual presentation.
