Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ability to make Electro Pneumatics , PLC and Robot working Experience.

2. Ability to Guide Team Members in workplace - Subordinates of 8~ 16 members.

3. Develop and Train Current employees for the production Roles.

4. Shop floor abnormality management & 4S Management.

5. Ability to solve problem in production line (Analyse the root cause and make countermeasure action.)

6. Analytical skill, CAD, Power BI.

7. knowledge & Experience about Quality systems such as 7 QC tools, ISO, etc.,

8. Effective Communication and Documentation skill to work with Cross function teams.

9. Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and interlock systems.

10.Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

11.Support safety audits, risk assessments, and statutory compliance.

12.Foster a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.
