Role Overview

As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, providing solutions, and driving sales where required. This is a outstanding opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service-related queries efficiently
- Promote and pitch relevant products/services to customers (Sales Process)




- Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards
- Meet assigned service or sales targets
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: 17k ctc to 24k ctc
- 6 day working schedule
- cab facility in odd hours
- Day shifts / Rotational shifts available
