Location: Noida Sec 90 (Bhutani Alphathum, Tower C, Sector 90, Noida)

To manage end-to-end day-to-day operational responsibilities, ensure effective process implementation, maintain high standards of quality and Turnaround Time (TAT), and deliver impeccable service to clients and B2B channel partners within the BFSI sector.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Operations & Process Management: Effectively monitor and implement operational processes, maintain compliance at both client and company levels, and handle end-to-end operational requirements for B2B channels.
- Transaction & Data Management: Complete and execute financial transactions within stipulated deadlines, maintain MIS, data, records, logs, and manage the filing system.
- Client & Partner Support: Act as a virtual assistant for clients, handle queries, requests, and grievances within deadlines, and manage service requirements for growing B2B channel partners.
- System & Software Operations:



Maintain the CRM system embedded within the website and IT infrastructure; operate platforms like BSE Star MF and Invest well.
- External Coordination: Coordinate with Mutual Fund houses, Life Insurance, General Insurance, and other associated companies/transfer agents.
- Administrative Duties: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle general operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any stream with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS Excel.
- 6 to 10 years of work experience in an operations profile within Asset Management Companies, Broking Houses, Mutual Fund Distributors, Transfer Agents (CAMS/KARVY MFS), BSE Star MF, NSE NMF, or Banks.
- Working proficiency in software platforms like BSE Star MF and Invest Well.
