Position title: Business Analyst Post Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and relationships.
- Handle client escalations and drive issues through to resolution.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting notes, and process flows.
- Own client deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, Design, and Project Management teams.
- Bridge communication between clients and internal technical teams.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential issues.
- Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables independently.





Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Handling, Post-Sales, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging client situations professionally and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred

- Healthcare IT / Healthcare Software experience.
- Experience with international/US-based clients.
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR, medical billing, telemedicine, or related healthcare technologies.
