Scrum Master / Project Manager / Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager / Business Analyst who can effectively manage Agile delivery while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and clients.

The ideal candidate should bring a strong combination of Agile/Scrum expertise, project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Management

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health.
- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

Project Management & Delivery

- Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate across business, product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and client stakeholders.

Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through discussions with business and functional stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into transparent user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops,



process analysis, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solution definition.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Manage expectations, priorities, escalations, and project communications.
- Facilitate discussions between cross-functional teams and drive decisions to closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients, business users, product teams, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 913 years of overall experience in Project Management / Scrum Master / Business Analysis roles.
- Strong hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, SDLC, and project management practices.
- Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

- Scrum Master certification such as CSM / PSM.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in BFSI / Banking / Financial Services environments is preferred.
- Experience handling large-scale transformation or technology projects will be an added advantage.
