KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage clinic staff and team members.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and front-desk operations.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinical staff.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily work allocation.
- Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support the team in achieving clinic targets and operational goals.




- Manage basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth, effective clinic functioning.
