Role & responsibilities

1.Develop geometric design of highways, including horizontal and vertical alignments
2.Prepare detailed engineering drawings such as plans, profiles, and cross-sections
3.Design intersections, interchanges, service roads, and junction improvements
Perform pavement design (flexible and rigid) based on traffic and soil data
Analyze survey data (topographic, GPR, traffic) for alignment and design inputs
4.Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
Design drainage systems including side drains, culverts, and stormwater management
5.Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, and environmental teams
Ensure designs comply with IRC, MoRTH, and relevant standards
6.Prepare design reports, technical specifications, and documentation




Participate in client meetings and support design approvals
7.Review drawings and calculations to ensure accuracy and quality
8.Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related design issues
9.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MX Road, or OpenRoads
10.Strong knowledge of IRC and MoRTH specifications and
Positive understanding of pavement and drainage design principles
11.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills experience2-5 year
And this is for Highway design Engineer

- Must have minimum experience of 7-8 yrs.

- Must have worked on MX ROAD or OPEN ROAD

- And Worked on Element Method.
