Job Role: HR Generalist

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees across the employee lifecycle. The role will involve a combination of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Payroll Coordination, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure. Handle onboarding and joining formalities for current employees and ensure a smooth induction process.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and other employee-related data.
- Address and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve employee experience.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with business/operations teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.




- Conduct regular employee interactions and provide HR support to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate HR reports, MIS, and other relevant employee data.
- Support performance management, employee confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Undertake travel to business locations/sites whenever and wherever required as part of the role.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Experience in the Hospitality, Retail, QSR, Entertainment, or Multiplex industry will be an advantage.
