Sales Analyst / Sales Associate | Food & Beverages / FMCG

Qualification: BBA / B.Com / B.Sc + MBA preferred

Role Purpose

Drives commercial performance by supporting sales operations, analyzing business metrics, managing customer accounts, and delivering actionable market insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Operations & Execution: Process quotations and orders; liaise with logistics and finance for timely delivery and accurate pipeline updates.
- Analytics & Forecasting: Develop Power BI/Excel dashboards, track revenue vs. targets, conduct SKU contribution analyses, and generate rolling forecasts.
- Account & Customer Management: Serve as primary contact for key accounts, conduct account health reviews, manage customer history, and track overdue collections.
- Business Development:



Conduct market research for lead generation, analyze competitor pricing trends, and map territory opportunities.
- Commercial Analysis: Monitor product margins, maintain pricing/discount masters, and assist in price sensitivity evaluations.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI / Tableau, CRM Tools (Salesforce, Zoho), ERP Data Extraction (SAP, Tally).
- Core Competencies: Sales forecasting, margin & pricing analysis, revenue modeling, data visualization, and commercial acumen.
- Behavioral Skills: Robust communication, customer-first mindset, negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical thinking.
