Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, UX designer ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality UI solutions.
- Define and drive the overall UI strategy, aligning design objectives with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end UI design process, from requirement gathering to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Stay updated on the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in the team.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work setting.




- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend components.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UI development and front-end development, with at least 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end JS frameworks with a focus on React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, analytics, WCAG(ADA).
- 5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- 5+ years of experience using Agile methodology.
- 3+ years of experience implementing products at customer sites.
- In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and front-end development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive UI innovation.
