Roles and Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and close deals with direct advertisers and digital marketing agencies to grow our domestic affiliate portfolio.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively tracking leads from initial outreach to successful onboarding and launch.
- Agency & Direct Networking: Leverage your existing industry relationships to rapidly scale our domestic campaigns and secure exclusive or high-budget mandates.
- Technical Consultation: Act as the subject matter expert during the sales process regarding web and mobile attribution, ensuring clients understand how their campaigns will be tracked and optimized.
- Campaign Strategy: Work closely with the internal ad-ops and affiliate management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on domestic market trends, competitor pricing, and current attribution technologies to keep our offerings competitive.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Market Focus: Strong, demonstrable experience working within the domestic [e.g., Indian] market.
- Industry Network: An active, pre-existing Rolodex of connections with domestic digital agencies and direct clients (Brands/Advertisers).
- Technical Proficiency: Thorough understanding of both web and mobile attribution ecosystems. You must be highly comfortable discussing postbacks, pixel tracking, S2S integrations, and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular).
- Sales Acumen: A hunter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and successfully onboarding high-value clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
