Job Description: Senior Client Support Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and qualified manner.
•Provide accurate and relevant information about mutual fund products.
•Research and resolve issues related to transactions, accounts, statements, NAVs, dividends, tax implications, etc.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as fund houses, registrars, banks, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth service delivery.
•Track and report client feedback, complaints, and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
•Maintain and update clients records and documentation in compliance with SEBI regulations.




•Follow up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved and their expectations are met.
•Educate and guide customers on the benefits of mutual fund investments and the features of our platform.
•Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
•Stay updated with the latest market trends, fund performance, and regulatory changes affecting mutual fund investments.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client service in the mutual fund industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
•Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms.
•Knowledge of mutual fund products, services, processes, and policies.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•NISM certification in mutual fund distribution or equivalent.
