Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create detailed BIM models using Revit MEP software for HVAC systems, building services, and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate design documentation and coordination.
- Develop and maintain complex BIM models from conceptualization through construction documentation phase.
- Provide technical support during the execution phase by resolving issues related to clash detection, material takeoffs, and as-built drawings.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in BIM modeling for HVAC systems, building services, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP software with expertise in creating complex models for HVAC systems.
- Robust understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to building services design.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial buildings.
