Job Description / Responsibilities
- Services and sales for courses like Gre, Gmat, Ielts,Tofel ,Sat Act. Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Handle counseling, services, and sales for test preparation courses such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and ACT.
- Understand students academic goals and recommend suitable test preparation programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and student inquiries.
- Explain course offerings, fees, benefits, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve assigned sales, admission, and revenue targets.
