Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular,



full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.

• Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.

• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.

• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of

Improvements.

• Diligently attend to escalation

• Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices

• Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources

• Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.

Work Experience:

~ 5 to 8 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.

Skills and Qualification:

• Commerce Graduate.

• Strong Communication skills.

• Analytical and Problem solving bent of mind.

• Able to work under pressure to meet timelines.

• Able to effectively collaborate.

• Customer Centric behavior.

Technical Experience

• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
