1 Manager / Senior Manager Collections Audit & Compliance

- Drive collection process audits and governance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies & regulatory guidelines
- Monitor agency/vendor compliance and audit observations
- Track corrective actions and closure of gaps
- Prepare MIS and management dashboards

2 Manager / Senior Manager – Bucket Allocation Strategy

- Manage collection bucket allocation and segmentation
- Develop allocation strategies based on portfolio behaviour
- Monitor bucket movement, roll rates & collection efficiency
- Work closely with Collections, Analytics & Business teams
- Drive data-backed strategy improvements

3 Manager / Senior Manager – Collections Quality Check

- Lead quality checks across collection processes
- Review call/field collection activities and customer interactions
- Identify process deviations and quality gaps
- Define quality parameters and monitor adherence
- Drive corrective actions and continuous process improvement
