Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end execution of new stores, relocations, renovations and refurbishment projects.
- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, milestones and multiple projects across locations.
- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Handle BOQ, Civil, MEP, Interiors, Fixtures, Branding and Store Handover.
- Own CapEx planning, budget control, cost optimisation and commercial negotiations.
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs and project delivery.
- Ensure timely store opening, quality standards and effective project governance.
- Work closely with Retail Operations, Finance, Procurement, Design & VM, Technology and Supply Chain.

Candidate Requirements





- 10+ years of relevant experience in Retail Projects / Store Development / Retail Expansion / Project Management.
- Strong experience in end-to-end store development and multi-location store rollouts.
- Robust understanding of Civil, Interiors, MEP, Fixtures, BOQ and Project Costing.
- Experience managing architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Strong CapEx, commercial and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in D2C / Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle / Organised Retail preferred.
