Seeking a Business Analyst with robust FINREP, IFRS, and IFRS 9 reporting experience in either BAU or Change environments. The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FSD preparation, process analysis, regulatory reporting assessments, and stakeholder management. The candidate will perform detailed reviews of FINREP EUCs, validate data sourcing, transformations, and regulatory mappings, while ensuring accurate reporting and Saracen uploads. Strong analytical skills, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, documentation management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in FINREP, IFRS, IFRS 9 reporting and regulatory reporting processes.
- Strong Business Analysis skills including requirement elicitation, gap analysis,



process mapping, and impact assessments.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FSD (Functional Specification Documents).
- Ability to assess FINREP EUCs, data lineage, data transformations, and GRCA mapping accuracy.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
